Start your dinner with a wide range of smoked fish, pickled herrings, and salads. Then move on to the "warm buffet" with delicious fish, poultry, and meat dishes. Round things off at the dessert table with spicy cheeses and a smooth chocolate mousse. Favourite of our Chefs - the Game Buffet! In late autumn, the Åland smorgasbord is moved aside to give room for our Game Buffet with several delicious elk, roedeer, and wild duck dishes, for instance. The Lavish Christmas Buffet! From mid-November until Christmas, we serve our popular Christmas Buffet. Here you will find everything that a proper Åland Christmas dinner must include! Taste, for instance, our carrot and rutabaga casseroles - probably not seen at your usual Christmas dinner but a must for everyone on Åland!     Other Dishes During the 10.00 am departure from Grisslehamn we serve a delicious brunch in the buffet restaurant, except during Christmas. In addition, we serve well-sized portions of popular Scandinavian dishes in the cafeteria as well as for example delicious open sandwiches covered with prawns. Here you will find lots of fun things to do for kids of all ages with Alfie Atkins and his friends. Well-known set decorator, Tor Svae, together with the creator of Alfie Atkins, Gunilla Bergström, have constructed Alfie’s world, which inspires children to play, make inventions and have fun, and really gets the imagination running wild. They send their greetings, “Alfie Atkins likes Eckerö Linjen because the WHOLE family has fun here. Both young and old enjoy themselves in the friendly environment for the entire trip. You can jump around, climb, crawl, try out new things, run and creep… that’s what Alfie would do! Or what do you think?
